Сразу скажу что с архитектурой не знакома:)
Наружная сторона витрины Арт Академии должна иметь либо раздвижные панели,либо ставни,а положение и характер внутренней стены определяет Арт Академия.
Строительный инженер определяет положение строения и колонн.Внутренние секции(деления,перегородки)определяются клиентом,архитектор их не указывает.
Как-то так...
