Reservation Agent in the Call Center for one or two Worldwide Known Airline.
Responsibility:
•Selling the company`s product through telephone, creating PNR
•Вooking additional services
•Рerforming rebooking
•Рroviding information related to Airline flights and services
•Сonducting business correspondence in Russian and English
Requirements:
•Experience in Res& Tkt or Travel industry
•Basic knowledge of Amadeus or Other GDS is preferable
•Fluent English (oral and written)
•Good knowledge of PC (MS office, Internet, Outlook)
•Excellent communication and service skills
•Ability to work under pressure, deal with difficult clients
•Focuses on the Customer and Client, tolerance, courtesy
•Friendly, hardworking, responsible
•Team-player
