Нотариус в Канаде
Работает ли кто-нибудь из соотечественников нотариусом здесь?
Какое образование нужно получить, чтобы работать нотариусом в Канаде? Достаточно ли только колледжа или надо получать бакалавра?
Насколько легко пробиться? Насколько легко/сложно найти клиентов?

Вообще большинство нотариусов (в Онтарио по крайней мере) это адвокаты :)
Но да, можно быть и non-lawyer notary.

то просто так нотариусом по желанию стать нельзя (назначаются Министерством по долгу службы.
"Non-lawyers
Persons in the province of Ontario who are not lawyers may be appointed as non-lawyer notaries public by the Attorney General of Ontario. Ministry policy which has been in place since January 1, 1978, restricts the appointment of non-lawyer notaries public to applicants whose employment requires the notarizing of documents in the service of:
*senior government officials;
*Ontario corporations engaged in international or interprovincial trade and/or commerce;
*patent and trademark agents (notarizing the assignment of intellectual property);
*the head offices of national or provincial unions that are engaged in out-of-province business.
The Ministry does not grant "open" or unrestricted appointments to non-lawyers."
