Tоронто Школа В ужасе...

Это правда , что в 2012-13 учебном году,в Торонто и GTA, ВСЕ 4-5 летки пойдут в J-S/К на полный день, в принудительном порядке т.е.(БЕЗ исключений/пожеланий) ?

так это же здорово!!!!,а то по пол дня это издевательство над родителями.Вы же можите не отдавать до 1 класса.С 4 лет по желанию.

Нашей школы в списках нет.

If my school offers full-day kindergarten, can I choose to send my child part-time?

Full-day kindergarten is not mandatory. At the nearly 600 schools where full-day kindergarten is currently offered, parents can choose to remove their child for part of the day if that is what works best for them. Like existing kindergarten programs, parents will continue to have the choice about whether to enrol their four- and five-year olds in full-day kindergarten. In Ontario, children are required to attend school once they turn six years old.

Many boards that currently operate full-day kindergarten programs report that students who begin on a half-day model often transition to full-day by mid-fall, because they enjoy the program.

А мне интересно - что никто не работает? У меня ребенок целый день в дет. саду. школы у нас по пол дня, он после школы в дет. сад поидет, пока родители не придут с работы

В нашей школе сказали, что скорее всего вообще не будут делать полный день :) Негде :)
