I contacted the school and going to call them again and ask to hesitate with the report. Another problem that could be is my Visa for the UK. I hope to receive my pass with the UK visa until the end of the week. Actually it should be there already a week ago. In the other case, if my visa is not ready yet, do we have the possibilyty to pastpone our visit for a week or severel days. Only in a case when until Friday 6th of June I don't catch my pass.
