Траблы со стиральной машинкой ..Жду советов
Стиралка куплена несколько месяцев назад.,т е почти новенькая.
Недавно начала выделывать фокусы.Закладываю бельё,порошок и проч ,выбираю программу..вроде начинает работать,вдруг внезапно,как сумашедшая начинает работать центрифуга и машинка начинает скачку,на дисплее-Эррор..естессно всё выключаю и даю ей отдохнуть.Всё выгружаем,выгребаем воду..затем опять всё по новой и стирает совершенно нормально эту и все последующие стирки ,намеченные на сегодня.
На след,неделе всё начинается заново.И так уже 3йраз.
звонили в магазин,она же на гарантии,Говорят-внимательно изучите инструкцию ещё раз и попоробуйте.
инструкция зачитана и изучена до дыр,причём на всех языках.
Что может это быть?
Транспортировочные болты при установке сняли? Это первое, что пришло в голову, скачки у стиралок наблюдаются в основном по этой причине, если сняли, код ошибки выводится на дисплее? Неплохо бы еще модель указать.
мы переехали в другой дом и ребята,перевозящие нас ,машинку немедленно подключили,да чтоб кто помнил,или сняли или нет..А не подскажите,где эти самые болты расположены?

если я вас правильно поняла на предыдущем месте с машинкой было все в порядке? все началось с переезда в новый дом? если так, то не заметили ли вы на какой именно программе стирки начинается тряска? или это происходит на любой?
нет-нет,на старом месте не было этой машинки,она новой приехала сюда.А тряска начинается на программе лоя стирки х/б тканей и с предватительным замачиванием.На других программах не проверяла.
Вот поставила сейчас следующий заход,всё стирает без фокусов
Если машина на гарантии, то вызывайте мастера из сервиса. Он же Вас и научит с ней обращаться, и болты проверит...
Я вызывала, т.к. мне показалось, что машина сильно шумит - пришли, посмотрели, рассказали, еще и телефон для связи оставили :-)

This review is for the HAIER HW-C1470TVEME-U washing machine.
Setup
----------
I have to admit the setup is very easy to do but you can have issues. You unpack the washing machine from the fantastic pack and you just place it where you like.
The only odd part to setup is that sometimes you do need to open up the door and make the drum inside rotate a few times in order to begin your first wash. This is because it needs to know it is in use before hand, so this is the one thing you might have to do to begin setup.
Design
-----------
This washing machine is a really nice design. You have the door which has the glass there and the glass appears to be this light blue. When you look at this from a distance it does appear to be an ocean blue colour and yet when you go up close this is not the case at all.
Just above the door you have got the controls. You have to the left of the product the draw for where you need to put the tablets if you use them and other sort of cleaning chemicals.
The draws have 2 separate departments which are not too bad but the second compartment is very thin and might be an issue for some people when cleaning.
As you move along slightly to the right of the product you have the more advance controls. You have first of all this black screen which is LCD and has basically the information about each wash you are performing. On the right of the screen there are 2 controls and they are for you to set the temperature and also the speed.
Then underneath the display you have got a few buttons which are telling you what sort of wash you wish to do. You have the washes like 'Quick Wash' and 'Full load' the usual sort of buttons you might expect.
Then further to the left is this dial which basically you turn to the desired wash you are doing. This might be Rinse or Spin Dry and there are other options there as well.
The power button is in the right hand corner and lights up green when pressed.
At the back is where the pipes and power supply is store and on top is this marble effect sheeting to use for placing objects on top. All of this washing machine is covered in this dull grey colour but with the door lid looking like an ocean blue colour it somehow looks appealing.

This product is 84cm in height, 59cm in depth and 59.5cm in width and to be honest the overall width is the biggest issue to this product but the rest of the measurements are fairly normal I would assume with most washing machine products.
The spin cycle on this machine is 1400rpm which is very good for any washing machine and it is very quick indeed you only need to be there to experience this part.
The maximum wash load this product can take is 7kg in weight which is a fair old chunk of washing to be doing and in my view very good yet again.
This item has an AAA rating for the energy, wash and spin efficiency which is fantastic.
The quickest wash time you can do with this product is 29 minutes and that is very quick and this would be for the basics not for anything really important and full of germs.
This product has a 56dB noise level which is not that bad but it can be extremely loud when you have it on for a longer wash.
This machine can store 53 litres of normal water when you are doing a 60 degree wash so again this is very good amount of water which means you're going to get a very good clean.
The energy this product takes up is 1.1kw of energy which is not that bad either.
Features
-------------
Without a doubt the biggest feature for this product is the various types of washes you can do and they are in vast supply. You can do the following sort of washes:
Economy Wash - This is a lower energy wash which helps save you money in the long run.
Silk Wash - This is an extra low temperature wash which is designed to be gentle for the delicate silk items you may have.
Light Load - This is good because it means if you are doing just a few items it uses less water and energy which results in a saving for you.
Hand Wash - You have those hand wash items which you can now chuck inside the washing machine and have them in a hand wash fashion.
Wool Wash - Special wash for those woolly items which can easily shrink and stretch in a washing machine.
Super Rinse - This is great for helping people with sensitive skin because it uses extra water to remove the extra dirty build up.
Intensive Wash - This is for those heavily soiled items like football shirts and it is a longer wash cycle.
No Spin - This can be used when you have items like wool and it means saves them being stretched again.
Rinse and Hold - This helps reduce creases so easier for ironing purposes.
The machine also has the ability to tell you when there is a problem and where. I had an issue where the machine would not work and it told me on the LCD display 'tap off' so I knew it was my own fault. This is a great feature to have as it helps you understand any issues.
There is only cold water which enters this machine instead of hot and cold. The machine heats up the water for you and in theory it doesn't save you any more money but in reality you can think you're not washing your clothes with hot water but having the machine cool down before hand. It works really well and you notice a bigger difference.
You have the options to have the machine perform a 30 degree, 40 or 60 degree wash depending on the sort of item you are washing. You get to choose and that means better quality for you overall.
You can set a wash for the future with this machine, for example if you are out and want the items to start around a set time you can programme this to happen and it always works. So this is convenience for you as the user.
You also have an alarm go off when the wash is done which allows you to go and fetch the products and get them ready for ironing if you need to which is a great bonus so you do not need to keep on checking back and forwards.
Good Points
-----------------
Well the first good point is always going to be the amount of various washes you can do. I do not like performing hand washes all the time for items like football shirts and other essentials and sometimes the cost alone of the soap you use for hand wash does add up over time. This washing machine with the ability to do a hand wash type spin is fantastic and saves you time and effort and money as well in the process.
I think with the various types of washes you can have any item go inside and be sure it will turn out alright and work to your own advantage.
The washing machine with the big storage inside is good but also the weight of the load you can put inside means you have the potential to fill it up all the way to the top and be sure it gets everything clean and this again is a fantastic feature to have and makes you well aware of the chance of reaching the 7kg is slim unless you are putting one big item inside.
The spin speed means that the items come out almost dry and when you put them on a washing line afterwards most items are dry in double quick time which means again convenience for you and that is a huge advantage to have.
Bad Points
--------------
The biggest problem for me is the alarm telling you the wash is actually finished, it just does this constant alarm and it plays it every few minutes and no matter what you do you cannot alter this setting on the machine. So if you're on the phone somewhere and are busy with a big conversation and you hear that sound it would drive you mad, it does me every time I hear it go off.
The other issue is if you accidentally press the wrong wash and click go and you know for a fact you have done it, no matter what you do that door will not open until the wash is done. So if you put silk inside and accidentally have settings there for a full wash, as soon as you click on go that is it, no going back. This is a major problem with the machine, and if you turn the machine on and off again it continues to have the same settings and still does not open the door for you, so in theory if you press in the wrong sort of selection the washing could be ruined.
Another issue is if you use tablets in the drawer around 50% of the time they are never used inside the machine at all. You finish a 2 hour wash and you look inside the draw and you find that the tablets are there still and the products inside still smell and look filthy so the overall effect of the tablets is poor. You have to buy the liquid tabs you get and those work better and actually work, so avoid the tablets with this machine as they will not work half the time.
Finally with this product I notice if you are attempting to wash towels then you are best off doing it yourself. I use towels to bath my dogs with and sometimes when I put them to be washed with the top heat and I get them out and finish with them I smell the dogs on them still and I never had this with a previous washing machine. So the washing for towels is very poor and to me that is something we all wash so imagine using a towel which isn't clean on you over and over again.
Summary
------------
On the specification sheet you see the washing machine looks superb and seems top quality. However, after you begin to use the item you soon notice some of the issue you are faced with and there is bad parts to this product which would make me avoid using the company ever again.
They have the ability there to make themselves a really good brand but there simple things like unable to get washing out when selected a wash I find just terrible.
Overall I would recommend people going elsewhere and finding a better brand because it does show with the results you get from this machine.
This item retails at around £240 which is very high for me and worth more around the £120 mark.
Summary: Not the best washing machine by any means
