Пищевая аллергия -чем лечить?

Нам год и 4 мес. на внешней стороне ладошки появилось высыпание - вызвали дерматолога на дом,она выписала нам супрастин и мазь фенистил,нам не помогло(((тогда она предложила наносить Афлодерм мазь тонким слоем в теч. недели!!! Это же гормональный препарат!!Девчат помогите - пользоваться им или нет, может у кого был такой опыт? И чем еще можно обработать ручку?

Если не чешется, супрастин не давайте и ничем гормоном не мажьте. Проанализируйте пищевой рацион ребенка.

странно что супрастин не помог, это довольно сильный препарат и тоже кстати гормональный. Сколько вы его принимали? Может все же не аллергич. высыпание... И чешется ли? Попробуйте что-то из ухаживающих средств для атопической кожи: Мустела, Авен, Трикзера и т.д (хотя бы радевитом). Постоянным увлажнением проблемной кожи подходящим ей средством, мы помогаем коже справиться с высыпаниями. Проверено не раз. Т.е. все пройдет если сильно не запущено, если хуже, то без лекарств не обойтись к сожалению. Заметила на ребенке и муже (оба аллергики, но на разное), что лекарства последнего поколения (3е поколение вроде называется - зиртек, эриус и т.д., а супрастин 1го) и предыдущего (телфаст, тавегил, кларитин и т.д.) - по-разному на обоих влияют, поэтому у каждого свое лекарство для лечения, а вот супрастин всегда помогает обоим, используем его только в экстренных случаях, т.к. оно очень сильное (как уже писала) и побочек от него больше и хуже.

а где вы в супрастине нашли гормон?

в супрастине содержится хлоропирамина гидрохлорид 25 мг. Супрастин — антигистаминный (блокирует H1-рецепторы) препарат; производное этилендиамина. Предупреждает развитие и облегчает течение аллергических реакций. Кроме противоаллергического, оказывает выраженное седативное, снотворное и противозудное действие. Обладает периферической антихолинергической активностью, умеренными спазмолитическими свойствами. вы что-то путаете.

А действительно ли он тогда вреднее антигистаминов более нового поколения?

Почему вреднее? Ничего не вреднее, просто сонливость вызывает, при выраженном зуде это даже хорошо.

сонливость - это все индивидуально. Мужа от тавегила в сон клонит, дочь от зиртека. На супрастин ни у одного из них такой реакции нет.

сонливость - это побочный эффект, у кого-то есть, а у кого-то нет.

А при Атопич дерматите можно ей пользоваться? Нам Фенистил капли прописывали, тоже не помогло

Антигистаминные препараты при АД только купируют зуд, высыпания не проходят от их приема.

незнаю про элидел, но нам очень понравился Скип-Кап, Фенистил нам тоже не очень помогли, сейчас даю капли Зиртек.

нам его выписали при атопии!у меня из знакомых еще двое пользуются,всем помогла!а фенистил и нам не помогал!Чистили желудок Линекс...а вообще сидели на диете до двух лет.Сейчас ТТТ ничего нет, едим все!
