США - перевод свидетельства о браке

Может быть кто-нибудь знает, где можно посмотреть, как их переводят на русский? А то я тут села переводить, а оно таким "высоким" стилем написано, боюсь, у меня так не получится :)

Were married on дата, and the respective Record was made in the Register at the Civilian Registry Office on дата, under the registration number ###
After the marriage? the following family names were given to:
Husband: фамилия
Wife: фамилия
Place of registration:
Registar of the Civillian registry office: signature
Official round seal
это нам так официально переводили
